Victorian Drains is an area accessible by going down the stairs located in the centre of the Aquarium in the Overgrown City and could be divided into three main parts.

Features[]

Underground Maze[]

After you walk down the stairs in the centre of the Aquarium, you'll arrive in a maze, standing in water. This area features tight passages and many branching paths. Despite its maze-like appearance, this area is quite linear. Here you can find lots of small plants growing in the water and large plants that look like trees caught in a web. Also, in the southwestern side of the maze, not far from the entrance, you'll find a sitting fisherman resembling the one found in the Deserted Pier. However, it doesn't react to any effects, and instead continues fishing and trembles when interacted with. After you scale some ladders and go through a chain of short passages, you'll come to the Carnival Town via a ladder.

Carnival Town[]

In contrast to the previous area, the Carnival Town is very colorful, bright, and psychedelic. A pretty tune plays in the background. There are many torches and glowing mushrooms, walls covered in graffitied eyes, and glowing orbs flying around. You can also find two benches here. Travelling all the way to the right side of the Carnival Town will take the player through a large, neon red passage, dotted with bleeding eyes. This leads to the Abandoned Park.

Abandoned Park[]

The last part of this location resembles a park, abandoned long ago. It features a horse on a spring, a working vending machine, a creepy looking tunnel, the skeleton of a dinosaur, and a boat at the northern pier. Interacting with the horse causes Urotsuki to sit on it, and you can swing her back and forth by pressing right and left. In the northern section of the area, a boat can be found. After Urotsuki gets to the pier, the screen will pan and you'll be able to see a city in the far distance, shining from far below. Above the city is a giant, golden archway that looks similar to the statue found in the secret room of the Overgrown City. You'll also notice a strange yellow arch with hands in the water that will teleport you to the Bioluminescent Cavern.
